发病时间及原因：ULTRASONOGRAPHY OF THF WHOLF ABDOMEN;
the liver,pancreas and spleen are normal in size, contour and echopattern, no focal lesions noted in them, the hepato-biliary ducts are not dilated, the common bile duct measures about o.46 cm .
the gallhladder is normal in size, shape and wall thickness, no internal echo is noted .
both kidneys are normal in size , shape and position with good cortico-medullary demarcations , the right measures 9.1×5.4×3.6 cm(lwh) with a cortical thickness of 1.3 cm , the left measures 10.4×4.4×5.0 cm (lwh) with cortical thickness of 1.9 cm , no mass, lithiasis or ectasia is noted.
the urinary bladder is normal in shape and wall thickness , no internal echo or mucosal irregularity noted , pre-and post-voiding urine volumes are 199 and 41 cc , respectively.
the anteverted uterus is normal in size, configuration and echopattern, it measures about 5.5×4.9×4.0 cm , no focal mass or cystic lesions seen , the endometrial stripe is intact with total thickness of 0.8 cm .
small nabothain cyst is seen measuring 1.1 cm .
the right mrasures 4.5×2.5 cm while the left measures 3.5×2.4 cm . a unilocular cyst is seen in the right measuring 0.7 cm . this represent a normal dominant follicle , smaller follicular cysts are noted bilaterally , the posterior cul-de-sac is unremarkable .
IMPRESSION
NORMAL LIVER , BILIARY DUCTS , GALLBLADDER , PANCREAS , SPLEEN , KIDNEYS , URINARY BLADDER , UTERUS , OVARIES AND ADNEXAE ,
