2014年11月RCOG发布的第三版多囊卵巢综合征的远期影响指南，用于取代RCOG于2003及2007年发布的前两版同名指南。指南的目的与适用范围：This guideline aims to provide information， based on clinical evidence， to assist clinicians who manage women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in advising these women about the long-term health consequences of the syndrome. The advice should be targeted to the individual and the presenting complaints. The delivery of the advice in this document to the patient will need to be done sensitively within the framework of the patient presentation that will differ for each individual. This guideline does not cover infertility associated with PCOS， which has been extensively reviewed elsewhere.
